Jacqueline Szablowski has been in recovery from alcohol and drug addiction since 2015. For over twenty years she combatted a seemingly hopeless situation – battling an anxiety disorder, depression, and a family torn by alcoholism, she used alcohol and prescription medication as a coping mechanism. Jacqueline’s addiction caused her to not only lose her family and her home but left her spiritually and mentally bankrupt. Jacqueline takes her recovery very seriously – and has always been called to share with others that addiction is not a death sentence – that recovery is possible and can be awesome. Jacqueline’s recovery has afforded her many gifts – one of which was continuing her education. She recently graduated from Seton Hall University with her Bachelor’s of Science in Political Science this past May. The most precious gift is her beautiful daughter Chloe, and the ability to be loving and present mother.
Jacqueline’s involvement with the Ammon Foundation started in January 2018 as one of the first trained Empowerment Coaches. Due to her hard work and dedication to the Foundation’s mission, she was asked in August 2018 to join #TeamAmmon on a full-time basis. With over fifteen years of administrative, customer service, and sales experience she has developed a strong work ethic and brings a myriad of valuable skills to the table. She also is a compassionate workshop facilitator, an out-of-the-box thinker, and fluent in Polish!
In her free time, she enjoys doing yoga, practicing meditation, spending time at the beach, reading, and is currently working on writing a book.
